About

Do you want to get active and stay active without getting hurt?

Do you have aches and pains that keep you from being as active as you would like?

At Adherence Therapy and Wellness, we strive to provide value to our clients’ lives by using a multifaceted approach to health and wellness, emphasizing helping clients stick to their wellness goals over a lifetime.

It is commonly believed that physical therapy means treating pain and recovering from injury. Discomforts like pain and stiffness can make it harder for our bodies to move in the way in which we want them. This is when we help people feel better to move better. But, here at ATW, we believe that is only part of our goal. Our unique approach allows us to identify dysfunctions that caused the pain, and keep them from ever happening again. Or even better, we identify those dysfunctions before they ever start to cause pain in the first place! This is when we help you move better to feel better.

Understandably, you are busy and it’s hard to make the time to take care of yourself. That’s why this is a concierge service that will meet you where it’s convenient for you and at a time that works for you. Appointments outside of normal work hours and on weekends are available so that you don’t have to worry about changing your busy schedule.

This is a mobile practice, so you can get the service you need from the convenience of your own home or local park.

“Healing is a matter of time, but sometimes it is also a matter of opportunity.”

“My vision for starting Adherence Therapy and Wellness is to provide a service that helps people feel their best so they can lead a healthier, balanced lifestyle. Too many of my family members and friends have expressed frustration with aches and pains which they deem not ‘serious enough’ to need physical therapy. Yet, a short treatment program leaves them feeling better and with the knowledge of what caused their pain in the first place. I want to bring that solution to anyone who recognizes that they could be moving better if only they were able to feel better first.”
