Physical Therapy
After an injury, our bodies need time to recover, but time alone won’t get us back to functioning at the level which we were before. Physical therapy provides specific treatment plans to help you get better faster and to get back to doing the activities you love.
Dry Needling
Small, monofilament needles are used to target problem areas, providing pain relief and relaxation. It differs from acupuncture in that it uses ideas from Western medicine and focuses on specific muscles. Dry needling can be beneficial for many pain-related injuries such as migraines, neck pain, knee arthritis, plantar fasciitis, low back pain, TMJ, and many more. In addition to helping relieve pain, dry needling is a great way to relax muscles that have become stiff over time.
